Super Choice Homes was founded in 2014 by Darren Milne and the SCH team, bringing together more than 35 years of experience in the new-home construction industry. Since then, SCH has delivered more than 3,000 quality homes. Today, the business is focused on what Australia needs most: specialist accommodation; delivered wholesale as a partner to the marketing groups, investors and developers who take it to market.
Our Story
Director Darren Milne started in carpentry as a teenager and built a reputation for meticulous, technical building and an attitude for not mucking around. Over more than three decades, he has contributed to shaping some of the biggest household building names in Victoria. Super Choice Homes brings that experience to a single, focused purpose: building specialist accommodation exceptionally well, and building it for our partners.
